Our Story

Gary opened Makimayo back in 2014, starting in his own kitchen experimenting with seasoning and spices for his fried chicken and different flavours for his unique mayonnaise. Taking step to the next level, he opened up two stalls in Brick Lane Upmarket and Old Truman Brewery. More to come in the future! Flavours include the most popular gangnam style, spicy mayo, wasamayo, island mayo, sweet & sour chicken and creamy mayo.
